Xander has actually run a finance function, not just reported on one. As Practice Manager at a finance and insurance brokerage he owned bookkeeping, BAS, cashflow, forecasting and an ERP migration. That means he arrives already speaking the CFO's language, and he translates messy finance requirements into a specification the build team can work from.
Migrated both the finance and insurance divisions of a brokerage onto a new ERP, then cut operating costs 10% while headcount grew.
Luke
Data & BI Lead
Luke has more than two decades across the full data stack: ETL pipelines, warehouse design, dimensional models, Power BI, Qlik and .Net. He also builds the layer above it, with machine learning models for demand forecasting and agentic AI workflows that generate production code. He is the person who makes the numbers arrive on time and mean the same thing twice.
Built a code-first Analysis Services deployment at Timberlink that removed months of manual model work from every release.
Brandon

Brandon has 15+ years turning analytics into things a business can act on: customer journeys, predictive models and AI-driven engagement. He works across Qlik AutoML, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, and has shipped production AI programmes for banks and insurers. He is the check on whether a dashboard actually changes a decision, which is the whole point.
Built a classification model predicting shift delays at 86% accuracy for a ports and logistics operator, cutting labour cost.
Matt
Operations Manager & Senior ECM Consultant
Matt has 25+ years scoping and deploying complex systems, and is a certified M-Files Solution Architect and Developer. He runs delivery for the team while staying hands-on with the document and content side, which matters because a lot of the data a business needs is trapped in files and workflows rather than in a database.

Nicholas

Nicholas is a data warehouse architect who spent years in UK financial services, including UK Export Finance and the Financial Conduct Authority, where reporting has to be right and auditable. He was a key developer on KPI Pulse. When maadi has to handle regulated finance data or a warehouse that has stopped performing, this is the bench strength.
